- Backpack - internal or external frame
- Tent (one or two man) backpacking and ground cloth (you will be sleeping outdoors)
- Sleeping Bag suitable for one person
- Form Pad
- Rain Gear
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Towel, washcloth, and soap
- 2 small flashlights with extra batteries
- Aqua shoes, tennis shoes, sandals or moccasins
- Heavy socks and poly sock liners
- Swimsuit and large towel
- Clothing for 3 Days (please layer and prepare for rain and wind)
- Knife, fork, and spoon (cup and plate will be provided). Meals will be prepared and served by the cook crew
- Suntan lotion
- Sun Glasses
- Hat or Cap
- Water jug or canteen
- Folding Camp Chair
- Paper and pen/pencils for notes
- Small backpack or fanny pack
- Personal First Aid kit
- Compass
- Mountain Bike and Helmet (notify us if you don't have access to a bike)
- Personal climbing gear i.e. harness, helmet, figure eight, locking D caribiners, ATC, and gloves
- Songbook and/or musical instrument

Here is a breakdown on how those items may be used during the first weekend:
